If you have a "special" xbox it would merit the time to find and install the latest build.
Just in case you are having trouble playing some of the video content on itunes (diggnation and other podcasts use files with the .m4v extension) and XBMC does not recognize these files. But I found the fix on the revision3.com website.
Here's the gist (copy and pasted for you):

With XBMC you can add .m4v to your xbmc xml so it will pick them up.
Open up your xbmc.xml and fine this line:.3gp|.nsv|.ts|.ty|.strm|.rm|.rmvb|.m3u|.ifo|.mov|.qt|.divx|.xvid|.bivx|.vob|.nrg|.img|.iso|.pva|.wmv|.asf|.asx|.ogm|.m2v|.avi|.bin|.dat|.mpg|.mpeg|.mp4|.mkv|.avc|.vp3|.svq3|.nuv|.viv|.dv|.fli|.rar|.001|.wpl|.zip
and change it to:.m4v|.3gp|.nsv|.ts|.ty|.strm|.rm|.rmvb|.m3u|.ifo|.mov|.qt|.divx|.xvid|.bivx|.vob|.nrg|.img|.iso|.pva|.wmv|.asf|.asx|.ogm|.m2v|.avi|.bin|.dat|.mpg|.mpeg|.mp4|.mkv|.avc|.vp3|.svq3|.nuv|.viv|.dv|.fli|.rar|.001|.wpl|.zip
that will make the m4vs come up in my videos.
Results? .m4v files are visible on XBMC. Sweet.
